The basic model of the firm lies on two points. On the one hand open space work guarantees a good communications between the different departments. On the other hand, a rigorous organization of the sale department following the model : Area manager – assistant manager – sales agent is efficient for reporting information. Moreover Sprintex is also sending sampling to customers (hangers as well as sample meters) so that they can do their modelling in the actual fabrics they want to buy.
